About the Opportunity

Maintain and update the customer master data in the ERP system, including setting credit terms and supporting credit review approvals.

  • Review and release credit holds for blocked orders or shipments after investigating overdue accounts or credit limit issues.
  • Prepare and issue customer invoices, returns, and credit notes across multiple business entities, ensuring documentation accuracy and approval compliance.
  • Post daily cash receipts from bank statements and prepare weekly invoice and payment listings for cash flow tracking.
  • Compile bi-weekly aging reports and follow up with customers on overdue balances.
  • Support month-end and quarter-end close activities, including invoice reconciliations, freight or tariff schedules, intercompany billing, and balance confirmations.
  • Prepare consolidated aging reports and assist with expected credit loss (ECL) analysis.
  • Collaborate with Finance, Sales, and Tax teams to ensure accurate reporting and timely resolution of issues.
About You
  • Hands-on experience in Accounts Receivable, including billing, collections, cash applications, and reconciliations.
  • Understanding of credit management processes such as credit reviews, limits, and intercompany transactions.
  • Proficiency with mid-market or enterprise ERP systems (experience in credit and AR modules is essential).
  • Ability to work across multiple entities or company codes.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to reporting deadlines for weekly, monthly, and quarterly deliverables.
  • Clear and professional communication skills, with the ability to escalate issues when they fall outside established parameters.
Pay Range

$24 - $28 / hour
