Job summary

Joy And Grow Therapy in Aurora, ON is seeking a part-time, on-site Supervised Instructor Therapist to work with individuals with ASD and developmental challenges. You will deliver evidence-based behavior intervention programs under the supervision of a Senior Therapist and a Registered Behaviour Analyst, and maintain detailed client notes.

Qualifications

Experience in delivering behavior intervention programs and knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA)
Strong communication, collaboration, and relationship-building skills
Attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to maintain accurate client records
Compassionate, patient and supportive demeanor when working with individuals with developmental challenges
Experience in a therapy or educational setting is considered an asset

Responsibilities

Implement individualized treatment plans for clients
Monitor progress and adjust interventions as needed
Take detailed notes on sessions and outcomes
Collaborate with a team of professionals to optimize client results
