A governmental office in Ottawa is seeking a motivated individual to support the Member of Parliament in research and data preparation. You will be responsible for summarizing data, managing the MP's agenda, and preparing comprehensive reports. Ideal candidates should have a degree in political science and effective communication skills in both French and English. This role offers a dynamic work environment within a significant political context.
In this role, you will be responsible for researching, gathering data and preparing summaries for the Member of Parliament (MP) as part of her parliamentary duties, including committee work. As part of your team, you will work closely with a number of government departments, as well as with the constituency office on the Parliamentary Secretary's communications and agenda.
