Job Skills / Requirements

1. Monitor Parking Booth : Remain stationed in a designated booth to oversee parking operations and ensure area security.
2. Customer Service : Greet customers, answer questions, and assist with parking inquiries in a friendly and professional manner.
3. Payment Handling : Accept payments from customers using cash or electronic payment methods; accurately calculate charges and issue receipts.
4. Provide Change and Receipts : Ensure customers receive correct change and proper receipts for all transactions.
5. Report Incidents : Document and report any suspicious activities, accidents, or security concerns to supervisors promptly.
6. Maintain Booth and Area Cleanliness : Keep the booth organized, clean, and stocked with necessary supplies.
7. Assist with Traffic Flow : Direct vehicles as needed to avoid congestion and ensure a smooth flow in and out of the parking area.
8. Adhere to Security Protocols : Follow all security and safety procedures to ensure the safety of customers and the premises.
