Location: KW Campus

Work Type: Temporary Full-Time.

Contract End Date: December 31, 2025

Job Summary
  • Assisting in the day to day operations of the Parking Office
  • Fostering excellent client relations and promoting a professional image for GRH
  • Daily liaise with Precise, GRH’s parking company and where needed replacing Precise staff in the precise office
  • Manage parking at both the KW site and FP site
  • Must be thoroughly familiar with the parking policies in order to maintain compliance with parking rules and regulations
  • Handle extremely difficult complaints and public relations problems
  • Maintain an extensive parking permit database
  • Prepare or verify the daily and summary reports of parking facility usage and other manager requested high level reports
  • Filing, sorting, faxing, collecting mail, ordering office supplies and other clerical duties
  • Handling Corporate Bus Passes
  • Answering telephone inquiries, greeting staff and hospital patients
  • Use of computer system to access ESP, INFOR and Microsoft Office
  • Assist with Department scheduling and payroll as required
  • Handling parking issues / complaints
Qualifications
  • Post-secondary diploma in business administration or related field is required, or equivalent combination of education and administrative experience may be considered
  • Experience working in a parking business setting is preferred
  • Experience, knowledge and proficient use of computers and Microsoft Office
  • Advanced or proficient Microsoft Excel skills
  • Ability to create databases and data sheets
  • Advanced report writing skills
  • Ability to prepare requisitions for payment
  • Must have knowledge of computerized record keeping
  • Excellent typing skills required (min 60-70 words per minute)
  • Organizational skills to perform multiple tasks in a very busy environment
  • Tactful communication skills when working with the public and dealing with complaints
  • Good attendance record
  • Must be able to travel cross campuses when required
