Overview

Hummingbird Child Care Centre is seeking an experienced individual to join our team, part time, supporting young parents completing their high school education.

Duties include planning and facilitating a weekly support group, individual counseling, working independently and as part of a team, computer skills, knowledge of community resources and caseload/file management.

Qualifications

• The successful candidate should have a degree in Child and Youth Care, HSW and/or equivalent education/experience.
• A background in Early Childhood Education and Care is an asset.
• Valid driver’s license and vehicle are required.
