Job summary

Associated Ambulance is seeking a qualified Primary Care Paramedic (PCP) to join the Drayton Valley Station on a permanent full-time basis. You will provide vital pre-hospital care and life-saving interventions as part of our emergency medical response team.

In this role, you will assess patients, stabilize them for transport, monitor vitals, and collaborate with a broad healthcare team to ensure safe, high-quality care for the community in Drayton Valley.

Qualifications

• Valid Primary Care Paramedic permit per Alberta EMS.
• Current Alberta Class IV driver's license.
• Completion of MCP and PDIC mandatory training.

Responsibilities

• Assess patient conditions to determine injuries or illness and care needs.
• Administer pre-hospital care and stabilize patients for transport.
• Monitor vital signs and perform diagnostic procedures.
• Collaborate with EMS personnel, physicians, nurses and other health workers.
