triOS College is seeking a Paralegal Instructor for its Toronto campus. This part-time role involves delivering courses for the Paralegal program, engaging with students through diverse teaching methods, and supporting their educational journey. Candidates must be licensed paralegals or lawyers with teaching experience and a commitment to fostering an inclusive learning environment.

Job Title: Paralegal Instructor
Location: Onsite at our Toronto Campus- 425 Bloor Street E., Toronto, ON M4W 3R4
Hours: Part-Time.Monday, Tuesday and Wednesday, 6:00 pm - 10:00 pm.
Start Date: Immediate
End Date : November 30, 2025
The Opportunity:
The primary responsibility of this position is to provide quality delivery of assigned courses within the Paralegal program, utilizing a variety of instruction strategies, techniques, and delivery methods to meet the individual learning styles of the students, in a safe and civil learning environment. Instructors are responsible for teaching assigned courses in accordance with course competencies, taking daily attendance, and as required, grading class tests, assignments, and exams.
The instructor will support the vision, mission, and values of triOS College while contributing to a positive, supportive, and student-focused team environment of respect, integrity, dedication, and readiness, embracing diversity, and fostering inclusion.
