The Opportunity

The primary responsibility is to deliver quality instruction in the Paralegal program, using various teaching strategies to meet students' learning styles in a respectful environment. Instructors will teach courses according to competencies, take attendance, and grade assessments as needed.

What You Bring To The Role

• Licensed Paralegal or Lawyer in good standing with the Law Society of Ontario.
• At least 3 years of practical experience in areas such as Employment Law, Small Claims Court, Immigration Law, Insurance Law, Human Rights Law, Administrative Law, or Residential Landlord and Tenant Law.
• Proficiency with legal software like Clio.
• Strong professionalism, intermediate MS Office skills, excellent communication, and organizational abilities.
