We are a client-focused, litigation-driven firm seeking a Paralegal who thrives under pressure, brings strong attention to detail, and is eager to contribute meaningfully to complex legal matters.

About the Role

As a Paralegal, you will support multiple practice areas across our litigation files. You'll work closely with our legal team to manage caseloads, prepare for hearings and trials, and help maintain the high standard of advocacy our clients expect.

Responsibilities
  • Draft pleadings, affidavits, correspondence, and court forms
  • Manage disclosure, discovery, and document production
  • Conduct legal research and summarize case law or statutes
  • Liaise with clients, experts, and court personnel
  • Assist in trial preparation and coordination
  • Maintain detailed file records and litigation timelines
  • Mentor and support junior legal support staff
What You Bring
  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a litigation paralegal, preferably across multiple practice areas
  • Demonstrated experience in family law and personal injury litigation; exposure to negligence-based claims is an asset
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High level of organization and time management
  • Strong proficiency with legal software and document management systems
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a busy team
