Job description

As a new firm Adana Law is growing fast and is on the lookout for a Licensed Paralegal to attend court and speak to simple tasks like Confirmation of Counsel.

We are looking initially at a Part-Time Freelance position that will likely become a permanent role with the firm. We would initially pay a flat rate Per Diem based on Half or Full days, depending on the work required. A negotiated salary with benefits would be provided once hired Full Time.

The ideal Candidate would:

• Be located in Chatham-Kent or able to commute, as there will be a need for in-person appearances in Windsor and Chatham (As well as potentially Sarnia) As we grow, we will be opening an office in Chatham-Kent.
• Available in the mornings, as most appearances are between 9am and 11am.
• Have experience with the Clio legal software platform.

The aforementioned Daily Rate will be determined based on experience and qualifications of the Candidate. Further details will be discussed during the interview.
