Job description

Ensuring exceptional customer service is provided in a courteous manner to maintain our reputation for friendly, effective, and personalized experience.

· To order all Pane Fresco Rotisserie products and supplies and oversee the production and merchandising of product, as per the Fortino’s Health Code;

· To be responsible for organizing and setting up the department, maintaining proper inventory levels, ensuring proper signage is made up and put up correctly;

· To schedule, direct and supervise all Pane Fresco Rotisserie staff to secure department efficiencies;

· To interview and select new hires, and train new employees;

· To maximize sales and gross profit, ensuring sales’ goals and budgets are met;

· To ensure the maintenance of equipment and the safety and sanitation of the department, as per Company Policy;

· To respond to any customer inquiries, requests, and complaints, ensuring courteous customer relations at all times; other duties as required.

The Ideal Candidate Would Possess:

· Exceptional customer service skills

· The ideal candidate must possess a minimum of 3-5 years’ experience in the hot foods industry, with a minimum of 3 years’ management experience in either a restaurant or fast food operation;

· Post secondary education in culinary preparation, such as line cooking procedures are a definite asset;

· Flexibility to work a variety of hours including days, evenings, and weekends;

· Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, under pressure;

· Excellent organization, communication and interpersonal skill
