About the role

We’re looking for a PAM Senior Business Analyst to join our growing team!


What you’ll do here:

Works independently with clients to capture privileged access use cases, define requirements, and document technical processes

Communicates with internal and external stakeholders to keep them informed on project milestones and deliverables

Liaisons between stakeholders and PAM architects or engineers to ensure clients’ needs are met

Develops and presents various business analysis artifacts

Performs basic administrative activities within PAM systems

Participates in multiple workstreams across projects


What you bring to the table:

2+ years of requirement gathering experience on software implementation(s) (external consulting / professional services experience preferred)

Strong verbal and written skills to develop technical documentation and presentations

General knowledge of either Privileged Access Management or Active Directory

Proficient using Excel to analyze and visualize data

Demonstrate strong problem-solving skills

Be a strong team player with good communication skills

For candidates located in Quebec, bilingualism is required considering the necessity to interact on a regular basis with English-speaking colleagues across the country.

No Canadian work experience required however must be eligible to work in Canada.

Preferred Certifications :

Security+

PAM vendor certifications ( CyberArk , Delinea , BeyondTrust , Hashicorp, etc . )

IIBA or PMI issued certifications (CCBA, CBAP, PMP)
