Role Overview

The PAM Manager will oversee the implementation, maintenance, and enhancement of our Privileged Access Management (PAM) solution. The ideal candidate will have a strong cybersecurity background, hands-on experience with PAM tools, and leadership skills to manage a security team effectively.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and implement a comprehensive PAM strategy aligned with industry best practices and regulations.
  2. Manage PAM solutions, including privileged account onboarding/offboarding, policy configuration, and access reviews.
  3. Design and enforce access controls to prevent unauthorized access and insider threats.
  4. Lead the evaluation, selection, and deployment of PAM technologies.
  5. Collaborate with IT, compliance, and risk teams to integrate PAM into existing processes.
  6. Provide expertise on PAM issues, including access governance and session monitoring.
  7. Maintain documentation, standards, and procedures for PAM operations.
  8. Monitor privileged access activity for anomalies, conduct investigations, and remediate issues.
  9. Stay informed on cybersecurity threats related to privileged access and recommend proactive measures.
  10. Participate in a 24/7 on-call rotation and manage service issues and breaches.
Candidate Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field; advanced degrees or certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM) preferred.
  • At least 5 years' experience in IT security, with focus on PAM and IAM technologies.
  • Hands-on experience with PAM solutions like CyberArk or Thycotic.
  • Strong understanding of cybersecurity principles, access controls, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
