We are looking for a talented and experienced leader to join the Cyber Security team as a PAM (Privileged Access Management) Delivery Lead.

What you'll do

1. Lead the development and implementation of Privilege Access Management and design for Enterprise secrets management service.
2. Partner with business and technology stakeholders to develop processes and tools to optimize access within Rogers.
3. Effectively communicate information security risks to a diverse audience, from technical staff to senior executives.
4. Provide leadership and guidance during the implementation from a technical perspective on issues such as performance, scalability, reliability, and security.
5. Focus on complex IAM issues and provide pragmatic solutions and recommendations.
6. Align Information Security Governance activities with the strategies and plans for Security Architecture and Operations.
7. Design and report access controls for privileged users, applications, and systems to prevent unauthorized access and mitigate insider threats.
8. Evolve the IAM Governance program to keep pace with Rogers' business needs, including growth, acquisitions, and new revenue streams.
9. Governance on PAM solutions, including onboarding and offboarding of privileged accounts, policy configuration, and access reviews.
10. Contribute to awareness and training initiatives.
11. Support privileged access activity anomalies and potential security incidents, conducting investigations and remediation as necessary.
12. Evaluate new and innovative solutions to address key strategic drivers.
13. Define and report metrics, KPIs, and KRIs to provide a meaningful state of IAM at Rogers.

What you bring:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in IAM, with at least 5 years focused on Product CyberArk delivery.
• Certifications in CyberArk are a plus, such as CDE - Certified Delivery Engineer, Certified CyberArk Defender, etc.
• IAM experience with strong knowledge in development (including installation, configuration, and coding) of PAM tools like CyberArk.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

This is a hybrid work position requiring in-office presence three days per week. You can choose which days work best for you!

• 20-minute phone screen with a recruiter
• 1-hour virtual interview with the Hiring Manager
• 30-minute final virtual interview with the Director
