Responsibilities

• Participate in the Site Operations Committee.
• Act as a communication channel for departmental objectives.
• Collaborate on practitioner appointments and privileges.
• Coordinate program requirements within the facility.
• Promote health and wellness among department members.
• Investigate and document complaints about care.
• Encourage a healthy, respectful workplace.
• Review human resource requirements with the RDH.
• Assist in searching and selecting applicants for vacancies.
• Conduct morbidity and mortality reviews.
