Come work as a Palliative Care Physician with Vancouver Coastal Health (VCH)!
Join a group of Palliative Care Specialists who work in interdisciplinary, community based teams to provide palliative care across a spectrum of care including early integration of palliative care for both oncologic and non-oncologic diseases in ambulatory settings and home settings, to end of life care in home and hospices. The Vancouver Community Palliative Care Program is located across multiple settings including clinic, community health centers and hospice and provides services to a diverse patient population. It is both multidisciplinary and interdisciplinary and provides consultative palliative care across a continuum of care and settings.
