Job summary

ChamClad, a division of Wausau Supply Company, is seeking Palleting Staff in Edmonton, Alberta, Canada. The role involves assembling pallets, closing pallets for shipment, labeling, and organizing warehouse inventory to meet shipping deadlines.

Must be able to lift up to 75 pounds, operate palletizing tools, and support material preparation. This is a full-time, on-site position based in Edmonton with safety and maintenance responsibilities.

Qualifications

• Pallets bases assembled and closed for shipment.
• Ability to lift up to 75 pounds repeatedly.
• Experience organizing inventory in warehouse.

Responsibilities

• Building pallets based on weekly orders for shipment.
• Pallet closing for finished and inspected stacked products for shipment.
• Labelling pallets and packaged products with necessary documentation before handling out for shipment.
• Organizing, moving, and storing inventory in its specified area in the warehouse.
• Ensuring pallet orders are completed within the deadlines.
• Maintaining tools and equipment and adhering to preventive maintenance schedules and safety procedures.
• Maintaining a clean, orderly, and safe work environment and taking part in regular cleaning and maintenance.
• Assisting materials preparation for manufacturing including but not limited to Cutting special lengths and Aluminum Material cleaning.
• Inventory and Packaging Support.
