Qualifications

• 2+ years of pallet building or similar wood assembly experience.
• Able to lift up to 50 lbs and perform repetitive tasks.
• Afternoon shift availability and dependable/team player.

Responsibilities

• Operate pneumatic nail guns to assemble and repair wooden pallets efficiently and accurately.
• Inspect finished pallets for quality and structural integrity.
• Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean, organized work area.
• Meet daily production targets while maintaining quality standards.
• Collaborate with teammates in a fast-paced environment.
