Requirements

• No experience needed; training provided on all tasks and paint/stain projects, enabling you to become proficient quickly.
• Own a car or have reliable transportation.
• Positive attitude.
• Reliable and hardworking.
• Strong communication skills.
• Coachable.

Responsibilities

1. Responsible for the overall completion of projects, ensuring high standards of quality and timely delivery.
2. Maintain a clean and organized work site.
3. Communicate effectively with homeowners, crew chiefs, and the business owner to ensure satisfaction.
4. Distribute flyers and market door-to-door around work sites.

Compensation

• $18-$23/hr depending on experience and responsibility.
