C&E Rentals is looking for an experienced Painter to take the lead in our equipment paint booth at our Vancouver location. If you’ve got a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and experience in prepping and painting heavy equipment, this is a great opportunity to join a solid team and take ownership of a key part of our operation.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead all paint prep and painting duties for rental fleet equipment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized paint booth area.
• Monitor supply levels and assist with ordering materials.
• Work closely with the shop team to prioritize projects and minimize downtime.

What We’re Looking For:

• 2+ years of equipment or automotive painting experience.
• Ability to work independently and manage your workflow.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in your work.
• Experience with HVLP spray systems and general paint booth safety.
• Reliable, on time, and team-oriented.
