Location: Surrey, BC

Type: Full-Time Permanent

Wage: CA$25.00/yr - CA$27.00/yr plus gas allowance

Key Duties and Responsibilities

• Paint interior and exterior of residential apartment buildings
• Estimate quantities of materials needed
• Match and prepare specified colors
• Prepare surfaces prior to painting
• Follow protection procedures to prevent damage
• Maintain a clean work environment
• Complete work orders and prepare units for lease
• Ensure site safety and maintain equipment
• Assist team members and trades as required

Qualifications and Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a painter
• Proficient with tools, equipment, ladders, chemicals
• Knowledge of product changes and upgrades
• Adhere to environmental codes and legislation
• Follow PPE requirements
• Flexible with work hours, including weekends and emergencies
• Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle
• Successful completion of security clearance
