ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS/DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Maintains aesthetics of buildings and properly maintain Southminster equipment.
- Makes repairs of electrical, plumbing, carpentry, heating and cooling equipment
- Makes daily checks of equipment to assure proper operation
- Locks and unlocks entrance doors
- Performs preventative maintenance, as directed
- Conducts testing of emergency equipment and maintains logs
- Reports equipment and supplies needed to perform tasks
- Assists in training new employees
- Keeps mechanical rooms clean and in order
- Responds to emergencies, as needed
- May assist with snow removal
- Other duties as assigned

Qualifications
Education required:
GED, high school diploma or trade school certification.
Experience required:
