Title: Painter

Department: Operations Services

Position: Full-Time

The Painter is responsible for all painting and finishing tasks, including but not limited to: temporary and permanent structures, décor, portable assets, and day-to-day prep work in commercial and residential settings. Tasks include prepping wood and walls, rolling, cutting, priming, spraying, and touch-ups. Please note that during the Tournaments, requirements and tasks may be adjusted. This is a full-time hourly position of 40-44 hours per week. Events are held on weekends; therefore, availability on weekends and nights is required. Shifts will vary to align with the busy Tournament Season.

Minimum Requirements

• High School Diploma
• Two years of experience
• Strong interpersonal skills and professionalism
• Effective communication skills in English (verbal and written)
• Team-oriented with a willingness to assist others
• Self-motivated with good time management
• Reliable transportation and a Class 5 driver’s license
• Current Standard First Aid & CPR Level C certificate (Asset)
• Fluency in a second language (Asset)

Experience

• Painting, rolling, cutting, priming, spraying
• Industrial painting experience (preferred)
• Operator’s Certification on Aerial Work Platform (Asset)
• Operator’s Certification on Counter Balance Forklift and All-Terrain Forklift (Asset)
