• Interior & Exterior Painting:Apply paints, stains, varnishes, and other finishes to both interior and exterior surfaces of homes.
• Surface Preparation:Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and applying primers or sealers as necessary.
• Color Matching & Mixing:Work with a variety of paints and finishes, mixing colors to achieve the desired outcome and ensuring a consistent application.
• Detail Work:Ensure precision in all aspects of the painting process, including trim work, touch-ups, and final finishes.
• Quality Control:Conduct thorough inspections to ensure all painted surfaces meet the high standards of quality expected by Kent Homes.
