Ideal candidates have knowledge of Benjamin Moore or Beautytone products, strong customer service skills, and the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team within the GTA market. Portuguese-speaking candidates are valued.

Qualifications

• Experience selling paint products, ideally with Benjamin Moore or Beautytone.
• Excellent customer service and ability to engage diverse clients.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a retail environment.
• Reliable transportation and willingness to work in the GTA.

Responsibilities

• Provide expert product advice and recommendations on paints, coatings, and related products.
• Deliver outstanding customer service to a diverse range of clients.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Achieve or exceed individual sales targets.
• Maintain accurate knowledge of inventory, colour systems, pricing, and current promotions.
• Assist with merchandising and showroom presentation as needed.
• Collaborate with the team to create a positive and professional shopping experience.
