Job Title: Paint Specialist

Compensation: $23–$25 per hour

TalentSphere is recruiting on behalf of a well-established retailer in the GTA for a Paint Specialist. This is an excellent opportunity for a knowledgeable sales professional with strong product expertise and outstanding customer service skills who enjoys working with a wide variety of customers.

About The Role

We are seeking a Paint Specialist with solid product knowledge and a proven ability to deliver exceptional customer experiences. The ideal candidate will have experience with Benjamin Moore or Beautytone products and the ability to interact confidently with different types of customers (DIY homeowners, contractors, designers, etc.). Candidates who already have an existing customer base will be viewed as particularly valuable. Preference will be given to Portuguese-speaking candidates.

Key Responsibilities

Ideal Background

Candidates currently or previously working at smaller Benjamin Moore dealerships (or similar independent paint retailers) in the GTA are strongly encouraged to apply. Experience gained in tile dealerships or related specialty retail environments will also be considered favourably.
