Reporting to the Paint Supervisor, the Paint Prepper plays a critical role in preparing aircraft components for painting and refinishing. Working as part of a skilled paint team, this position is responsible for cleaning, masking, media blasting, chemical stripping, and preparing aircraft parts in accordance with approved drawings, work instructions, regulatory requirements, and Alpine Aerotech's quality standards. Through precision, attention to detail, and a commitment to quality, the Paint Prepper helps ensure every component is properly prepared to receive high-quality protective coatings that support the safety, reliability, and longevity of aircraft.
