Location: 2405 Campbell Rd, Sidney, OH 45365

Job Details

Base Pay: $24.50 per hour plus $2.50 shift differential

Shift: Night Shift 6 PM - 6 AM rotating shift

Benefits: Employment benefits start on day 1, weekly pay

Responsibilities

• Lead by example in all job functions, ensuring safe work habits and adherence to procedures.
• Monitor employees to meet performance expectations.
• Troubleshoot issues and implement corrective actions to maintain equipment and process flow.
• Conduct daily pre-shift activities including safety meetings and exercises.
• Coordinate activities to meet productivity, quality, safety, and scrap goals.
• Assist with incident investigations, employee evaluations, and shift coordination.
• Maintain the CCL database, import shift logs, and keep attendance records.
• Inspect coating lines, including waste management and housekeeping.
• Write work orders for improvements and repairs.
• Manage the CCL Kanban boards, stores, and inventory to meet customer demands.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of Manufacturing Lead experience.
• Machine Operator and forklift experience required.
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math.
• Must have a positive attitude, excellent attendance, and safety consciousness.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and perform manual tasks with dexterity.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work standing, bending, lifting, and reaching frequently.
