Job Details

Day Shift Base Pay: $22.50 per hour, plus $1.50 per hour shift differential

Shift: 6AM - 6PM rotating

Benefits start on day 1

Weekly Pay

Duties and Responsibilities

• Operate and monitor paint line equipment, ensuring high quality standards and safety compliance
• Set up, inspect, and handle materials for painting metal components
• Complete tasks as assigned by department leadership and follow SOPs
• Maintain safety by taking corrective actions and using PPE
• Record production and quality data accurately
• Manage waste, including segregation and disposal, and operate waste water systems
• Prepare and ship waste materials, perform safety inspections
• Mix and prepare paints, clean equipment, and perform preventive maintenance
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of machine operator experience
• Forklift experience preferred
• Ability to read, write, and perform basic math
• Positive attitude, good attendance, safety-conscious
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds, extensive standing and physical activity
• Good communication skills
• Proper PPE use and safety performance required
• Provide current resume or work history
