The successful candidate must have painting industry experience and strong communication skills, as they will manage customer relationships and represent the company professionally. This role offers a base salary plus commission, with on-target earnings between $50,000 and $90,000+ annually. Qualifications

• Experience in the painting industry (residential, commercial, or both).
• Comfortable earning a large portion of pay through commission.
• Valid driver's license and ability to travel to appointments.

Responsibilities

• Measure, assess surfaces, and prepare detailed, accurate painting estimates.
• Represent the company professionally at all times.
