Job summary

Sherwin-Williams stores are hiring a Store Associate to assist customers, process sales, and maintain product displays. You will determine customer needs, recommend solutions, and ensure high levels of service and satisfaction in a fast-paced retail environment.

The role involves lifting and stocking duties, product tinting/mixing as needed, and meeting sales targets. A valid driver’s license and willingness to work in-store are required.

Qualifications

• Must be at least eighteen (18) years of age.
• Must be legally authorized to work in the country of employment.
• Must have a valid, unrestricted Driver's License.
• Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs, with occasional heavier loads.

Responsibilities

• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting products.
• Build productive trust relationships with wholesale and retail customers.
• Process sales transactions accurately and consistently with policies.
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis.
