Job summary

Kent Building Supplies Inc. is seeking Sales Associates to join our team across multiple departments in our Atlantic Canada stores. You will warmly welcome customers, understand their needs and help them choose the right products for home improvement projects.

This role offers open availability for days, evenings and weekends, with training on product knowledge and opportunities to work on the Sales Floor or in the Lumber Yard while upholding safe, friendly service in a busy retail environment.

As a KENT associate, you will warmly welcome and interact with customers to thoroughly understand their needs and help them choose the right products for their projects. Responsibilities

• Take initiative and confidently guide customer interactions.
• Provide superior customer service by adhering to our sales and service model.
• Complete product knowledge training and stay informed about current sales and promotions.
• Maintain store standards, including inventory and merchandising.
