Job summary

Apollo Applied Research is a virtual medical clinic offering cannabis-based treatment options. We seek part-time pain-focused physicians to conduct remote consultations and contribute to multidisciplinary care for patients with chronic pain across Canada.

Applicants must be licensed physicians, credentialed in pain management, with strong English communication and time-management skills. Remote, flexible hours, and supportive admin structure are provided.

Qualifications

• Medical degree and registration and in good standing with the College of Physicians and Surgeons of your province
• Credentialed by the Canadian Academy of Pain Management
• Excellent communication skills, written and verbal in English
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and to manage a busy workload
• Team-oriented approach with existing team members and healthcare practitioners
• Highly organized with strong time management skills
• Informed and abreast of relevant scientific research
• Bilingualism is an asset

Responsibilities

• Provide virtual consultations for veteran patients, reviewing medical cannabis treatment plans and documenting recommendations
• Provide pain management expertise and clinical recommendations to the interdisciplinary team
• Educate patients on the use of cannabis as a medicine
• Assist with other duties as assigned
