Job summary

Paires is seeking a VC Content Intern to clip our film library, draft daily content, and support shoots with founders and investors. You will write posts, captions, and scripts in each founder's voice, and help shape our content engine from week one.

You will work directly with the two co-founders, own short-form cuts for LinkedIn and X, monitor trends in venture content, and publish across channels. This paid internship aims to grow you into a full-time content seat.

Qualifications

• Live in startup/VC content space daily and show genuine interest.
• Have created deliverables without being asked (pages, newsletters, edits, clips).
• Write daily and ship edits quickly: drafts, captions, scripts, newsletters.
• Able to draft in two founders' voices, sounding authentic for each.
• Seeking a long-term career in this field, not a temporary project.

Responsibilities

• Clip founder/investor stories into short-form videos for social media.
• Write daily posts, captions, and scripts in each founder's voice.
• Maintain a weekly trend log on venture content and rationale.
• Publish and distribute content across channels and assist shoots.
