TNT is a performance marketing agency, specializing in customer acquisition for companies in the Direct to Consumer space. With a data-driven approach focused on traffic and funnel development, TNT maximizes profits and has generated over a billion dollars in sales for its clients.

Location: 100% Remote

Hours: 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. ET (flexible based on location)

Objective: Deliver consistent, profitable scale by owning full-funnel performance marketing, especially in video ads, across multiple platforms with potential management of $1.5M - $2M monthly ad spend.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyze campaign data to identify actionable insights
  • Develop and refine media strategies to capitalize on opportunities
  • Execute and optimize campaigns across platforms
  • Collaborate with creative teams to enhance ad performance

Requirements:

  • 3-5 years in DTC paid social, managing $1M+ monthly ad spend on Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, with bonus points for Snap and Pinterest
  • Deep understanding of direct response marketing in e-commerce, including strategy, creative, and conversion funnels
  • Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment
  • Excellent organizational skills and ownership mentality
