Abe is a specialized consultancy focused exclusively on social media advertising. We are a hub for innovative strategies, helping clients leverage the full power of LinkedIn, Meta and more to reach, engage, and convert their target audiences.
We are growing and looking for a Senior Social Media Strategist to join our evolving team. The role reports to the Associate Director and is a crucial part of the social media team.
Responsibilities
- Oversee and lead a collection of social media accounts
- Serve as direct support to client contacts
- Weekly communication with vendors or operational partners to ensure alignment on tasks, quality, and improvements
- Build strategies for clients each quarter
- Create, maintain, and optimize budgets for paid media campaigns
- Understand client positioning and unique value propositions
- Confirm lead routing is accurate within a CRM
- Be accountable for personal productivity and utilization
- Collaborate with the Associate Director to align internal and client goals
- Understand the value of programmatic campaigns
- Drive cross-sells, upsells and referrals via client relationships
- Execute and optimize advertising campaigns within LinkedIn, including ad copywriting, TAM development, and targeting to maximize ROI
What You Offer (Qualifications)
- 2+ years experience working at a performance/digital marketing agency, with hands-on experience supporting B2B clients
- Deep expertise across paid social advertising campaigns, specifically LinkedIn Ads
- Understanding of different Ad Units within the LinkedIn Platform (e.g., conversation ads, document ads, CTV, and more)
- Proficiency with advertising platforms and tools such as LinkedIn Campaign Manager, Zoominfo, 6Sense, and more
- Strong understanding of paid advertising principles, including keyword research, ad copywriting, bid management, and campaign optimization
- Ability to analyze campaign performance data using tools like Google Analytics, GA4, Excel, or other analytics platforms to make data-driven decisions
- Ability to drive results and measure via OCT
- Experience with audience segmentation by tier, job title, etc.
- Proven and measurable success with mid-market or enterprise accounts
- Ability to translate and articulate strategy and tell stories with data
- Competitive and curious mindset; strong problem-solving skills
- Curiosity about industry trends and opportunities to grow and share
- Ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Quality-focused and maintains integrity in advertising
- Willingness to travel to visit clients approximately once per year, per client or as needed

- Effectively manage approximately five mid-tier and enterprise accounts
- Meet and exceed department KPIs, including client growth and goal attainment; core KPIs include client NSMs and Client Satisfaction scores
- Build client trust and renewals
- Cross-sell services that align with client goals and objectives
- Clearly communicate results with client contacts and executives
- Make strong decisions guiding the strategic direction for accounts

Work Environment
As a remote-first company, you can work from anywhere in the US, with optional state-of-the-art offices in Irvine, CA. Global opportunities may be available where we have established operations (Canada, UK, Australia) with work authorization and residency required in the respective country. This role may operate 100% virtually from your home office and primarily uses Zoom and Slack for collaboration. You will need a laptop (PC or Mac), internet access, and a professional background.
