Your primary focus is on Meta Ads, with additional experience in Google Ads and Microsoft Ads. The ideal candidate is highly technical, data-driven, and has a strong track record of achieving business goals through paid media strategies.

This position is based in our Toronto office at 181 Bay Street, working four days a week (Monday to Thursday) with Fridays as work from home. Reporting to the Senior Paid Media Manager, this role requires a deep understanding of analytics, audience segmentation, automation, and performance optimization.

In this role, you will

  • Plan, build, execute, and optimize paid media campaigns, focusing primarily on Meta Ads, to support business growth and performance goals.
  • Contribute to developing strategic frameworks and account structures for Paid Social, ensuring alignment with marketing objectives.
  • Collaborate with the brand team to create creatives that comply with regulatory requirements and brand standards.
  • Understand tracking and attribution methodologies to measure and evaluate campaign performance accurately.
  • Develop, manage, and track KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and CVR to measure success and facilitate continuous improvement.
  • Analyze campaign performance data to refine strategies based on insights.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and emerging technologies.
  • Manage media buying budgets to maximize ROI.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including marketing, creative, and analytics to align efforts.
  • Automate repetitive tasks using scripts, rules, and third-party tools to improve efficiency.
  • Provide regular performance reports with insights and recommendations.
  • Optimize bidding strategies to enhance campaign efficiency.

What we're looking for

  • At least 6 years of experience managing high-volume paid media campaigns, including small budget accounts.
  • Expertise in Meta Ads, with strong knowledge of Google Ads and Microsoft Ads (Search, Display, Performance Max, etc.).
  • Understanding of conversion tracking, attribution models, and analytics tools like Google Analytics, Tag Manager, and Looker Studio.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret data, identify trends, and derive actionable insights.
  • Experience in budget forecasting, media planning, and pacing analysis.
  • Proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, or similar data analysis tools is advantageous.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, capable of translating data into insights.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Hands-on experience with campaign automation, scripting, and API integrations is a plus.
  • Bilingual in French and English is considered a strong asset.
