Key Responsibilities

• Provide Personalized Beauty Consultations: Understand clients' beauty goals and recommend suitable products and services.
• Perform Beauty Services: Offer customized beauty services, including makeup application and skincare treatments, adhering to health and hygiene standards.
• Demonstrate Product Application: Showcase expertise in makeup techniques and skincare routines.
• Stay Current with Beauty Trends: Keep updated on the latest trends, products, and brand launches at Sephora.
• Deliver Exceptional Client Service: Create a welcoming environment, handle bookings, and rebookings.
• Participate in Sales and Promotional Events: Engage customers and contribute to sales goals.

Qualifications/Experience

• 1-3 years' experience in retail sales or services
• Knowledge of trending beauty products
• Passion for client service and sales
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask
• Reliable attendance
• Flexible availability during peak hours
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
