Sephora Canada in Richmond Hill is seeking a Paid Service Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will teach, inspire, and enhance each client’s day, working with diverse teams that support your growth.

Key duties include personalized consultations, makeup applications, skincare treatments, staying on top of trends, and handling bookings. The role emphasizes exceptional service and participation in events to boost store sales.

Qualifications

• 1–3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge about trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills and ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds.

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$19.70 - CAD$23.20/hr.
