Sephora Canada in Winnipeg is seeking a Paid Service Beauty Advisor to guide clients on their beauty journey at the Beauty Studio and beyond. You will provide personalized consultations, perform makeup applications and skincare services, and stay current with trends to drive engagement and sales.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards

The compensation ranges between CAD$18.30 - CAD$21.55/hr. Additionally, you may be eligible for performance-based bonus opportunities, a competitive benefits program, and robust learning and development initiatives aimed at promoting employee support and recognition.The final pay offered will depend on various factors, including but not limited to the actual qualifications and experience of the individual, and any additional non-discriminatory, legitimate business factors relevant to the position and/or location.
