Job summary

Sephora Canada is seeking a Paid Services Beauty Advisor to join our Oakville location. This full‑time, hourly role focuses on personalized consultations, makeup application, skincare treatments, and delivering exceptional client service in a fast-paced retail environment.

You’ll stay current with beauty trends, demonstrate product application, and participate in sales events to drive customer engagement and store performance. Training and growth opportunities are available.

Qualifications

• 1-3 years' prior experience in retail sales or services.
• Knowledge about trending beauty products.
• Passion for client service and selling.
• Strong communication skills, ability to multitask.
• Consistent and reliable attendance.
• Flexible availability to work during peak retail hours.
• Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds

Meaningful Rewards
The compensation ranges between CAD$19.70 - CAD$23.20/hr.
