Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Specialist to join our team as a contractor. You will be responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing paid advertising campaigns across platforms like Google Ads, Facebook, and LinkedIn to drive results for our clients.

Responsibilities
  1. Develop and manage PPC campaigns across Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other platforms.
  2. Conduct keyword research, write ad copy, and design effective campaigns.
  3. Optimize campaigns for maximum ROI through A/B testing and performance analysis.
  4. Track and report on campaign performance, making data-driven adjustments as necessary.
  5. Collaborate with clients to align campaigns with business goals and objectives.
Requirements
  1. 2+ years of experience managing paid search and social media ad campaigns.
  2. Hands-on experience with Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and Google Analytics.
  3. Strong understanding of A/B testing, bid management, and optimization techniques.
  4. Proven track record of achieving KPI goals such as CTR, conversion rate, and ROI.
  5. Ability to work independently and manage multiple campaigns.
