About The Team

The Paid Media team drives omni-channel growth across paid social, audio, programmatic media, video (including CTV, OTT), and direct buys. They manage strategy, execution, and reporting for the North American market, working cross-functionally with internal and external partners to ensure top-tier execution and KPI achievement.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Lead campaign execution, optimization, analysis, and reporting across platforms like Meta, Snapchat, TikTok, etc.
  2. Audit and evaluate initiatives to meet campaign objectives.
  3. Generate innovative ideas and identify new opportunities to enhance performance.
  4. Extract actionable insights from reports and communicate high-level learnings.
  5. Manage daily budgets across platforms.
  6. Collaborate with internal teams on creative assets and performance insights.
  7. Liaise with external vendors for campaign performance, testing, and pilots.
Qualifications
  • 3+ years in performance marketing roles.
  • Proven experience managing Meta, Snapchat, TikTok campaigns; familiarity with DV360 and CM360 is a plus.
  • Experience with performance, awareness, and app install campaigns.
  • Data analysis skills using Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, Power BI.
  • Understanding of US and CA marketing ecosystems.
  • Ability to manage multiple campaigns and prioritize effectively.
  • Comfort managing budgets over $10M.
  • Advanced Excel skills for insights and optimization.
  • Proficiency in MS Office.
  • Excellent communication skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and technologies.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented mindset.

Workplace Arrangement

Compensation & Benefits

The typical salary range is $66,000-$86,600 annually, with pay based on location, experience, and internal factors. Benefits include health and dental, mental health, paid time off, retirement matching, employee discounts, fitness classes, parental support, development courses, and more. Benefits are subject to eligibility and company policy changes.
