About Us

At NRI Industrial Sales Inc., our mission is to support a sustainable and efficient global industrial supply chain. As a stocking distributor with over 1 million hard-to-find industrial parts, we assist integrators and suppliers in mitigating shortages and addressing extended lead times. Our longstanding partnerships with tier 1 enterprises have positioned us as a reliable global source for new, used, and obsolete industrial parts, equipment, and machinery.

Position Summary

NRI Industrial Sales is seeking a highly skilled and performance-driven Paid Media Specialist to lead our digital campaigns and drive qualified B2B and B2C leads. The successful candidate will be responsible for the full lifecycle of digital advertising — from strategy development and implementation to monitoring, optimization, and ROI analysis.

This role requires proven expertise in running high-converting campaigns, especially in the U.S. market, across platforms such as Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and display networks. You will collaborate closely with designers, developers, and marketing team members to build effective landing pages and digital experiences that align with advertising goals.

A working knowledge of web development and the ability to A/B test creatives and user flows is a must-have.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage PPC campaigns across Google, Bing, LinkedIn, and other paid channels.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze KPIs, and optimize toward key business outcomes.
  • Write compelling ad copy and align messaging to industrial B2B and B2C audiences.
  • Collaborate with creative and web teams to develop high-performing landing pages.
  • Conduct A/B testing on ads and landing pages to optimize conversions.
  • Utilize tools like Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, and SEMRush for campaign tracking and analysis.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, search engine updates, and digital marketing innovations.
  • Report on performance and make data-backed recommendations to improve ROI.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Advertising, Communications, or a related field (preferred).
  • Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience running digital advertising campaigns with proven ROI success, especially in the U.S. market.
  • Demonstrated expertise managing Google Ads, Bing Ads, LinkedIn Ads, and programmatic/display advertising.
  • Strong understanding of conversion rate optimization (CRO) and landing page best practices.
  • Proficiency with GA4, Google Tag Manager, Hotjar, SEMRush, or similar analytics tools.
  • Strong copywriting and communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, performance-focused environment.
