Pulse is seeking a Band 6 Paediatric Speech & Language Therapist to join a community-based service around Green Wrythe Lane. The role focuses on early years intervention and dysphagia support for children under five, with independent assessments and EHCP involvement.

You will work in a team with a strong paediatric community practice background, using AAC and communication aids in early intervention and ensuring meticulous clinical documentation.

Qualifications

• HCPC-registered Speech & Language Therapist.
• Paediatric dysphagia experience/training.
• Experience working with children under 5.
• Confident using AAC/communication aids.

Responsabilités

• Complete independent dysphagia assessments for children in community settings.
• Conduct early years communication assessments and deliver targeted intervention.
• Lead and contribute to EHCP reviews.
• Support children with a range of developmental needs and disabilities.
• Work with communication aids and devices, particularly for early years.
• Maintain accurate and compliant clinical documentation.
