Mary Browns is seeking a Packline role under the Restaurant Manager to assemble orders to Mary Brown’s standards. You will ensure freshness, quality and appealing presentation of all food products during each shift.
You will review daily prep lists, maintain adequate prepared food levels for peak times and ensure packaging materials are stocked and ready. Food safety and sanitation are emphasized throughout.
The role also involves reporting equipment issues and assisting with inventory as needed.
The Packline, under the direction of the Restaurant Manager, will primarily be responsible for ensuring all customer orders are assembled according to Mary Brown’s Standards. They must consistently deliver freshness, superior quality and appealing presentation of all food products at all times.
