Job summary

Baxter is seeking a Packing Operator for the Alliston, Ontario facility on the Midnight shift (Sun–Thu, 23:00–07:00 EST). You will move and pack sterilized products, ensure quality and on-time delivery, and support a team-focused, safety-conscious culture in a fast-paced environment.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, ability to perform repetitive tasks, GMP/manufacturing experience, and a willingness to work weekends.

• Set up case sealer.
• Ensure machines are operating properly.
• Move sterilized trucks from staging to packing area.
• Unload sterilized products onto conveyor.
• Inspect and pack the viaflex units.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles.
• Duties performed on a rotational/continuous basis.

We are currently looking for an energetic, hard-working Packing Operator to work a permanent full-time position on our Midnight shift (Sunday to Thursday 23:00h-7:00h EST) at our Alliston facility! What You'll Be Doing

• set up case sealer
• ensure machines are operating properly
• move sterilized trucks from sterilized staging area to packing staging area
• remove screens from trucks
• unload sterilized products onto conveyor
• inspect and pack the viaflex units.
• Remove empty trucks to staging area and remove garbage from area.
• Duties performed on a rotational basis

• Learn, understand and apply thorough quality standards, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP)
• Notify the supervisor and take appropriate action if any safety, quality, mechanical or discrepancy issues occur
• Sustain a clean and safe work area using 6S principles

What You'll Bring

• Successful completion of High School diploma or GED required (Proof will be requested)

• Previous experience working in a fast-paced environment (experience working in an assembly line setting is preferred)

Pay Transparency

We understand that compensation is an important factor as you consider the next step in your career. At Baxter, we are committed to equitable pay for all our employees, and we strive to be more transparent with our pay practices. To that end, this position has a pay rate of $28.45 an hour. You may also be entitled to a shift premium for all shift premium eligible hours which will be included in your bi-weekly pay. Shift premium pay is subject to change and is at the sole discretion of the Company.
