Tasks and Responsibilities

1. Minimize hazards at all stages of the food production process
2. Train staff/workers in job duties, safety procedures, and company policies
3. Recommend personnel actions such as hiring and promotions
4. Prepare production and other reports
5. Recommend measures to improve productivity and product quality
6. Supervise, coordinate, and schedule activities of workers
7. Establish methods to meet work schedules and coordinate work activities with other units
8. Requisition or order materials, equipment, and supplies

Experience

• 1 to less than 2 years
