Job summary

Thermon is seeking a Warehouse Worker (Packaging) to support packaging operations, ensuring products are packed accurately and safely in line with quality standards. You will organize materials, maintain housekeeping, and collaborate with production teams in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Two years of warehouse or manufacturing experience.
  • Experience operating forklifts/order pickers is a plus.
  • Knowledge of packaging processes is an asset.
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to prioritize workload.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities

  • Package products accurately and efficiently in accordance with company standards and timelines.
  • Inspect products and documentation to ensure accuracy, completeness, and quality prior to packaging.
  • Maintain organization and housekeeping within the Packaging Department.
  • Organize and stock packaging materials and inventory as required.
  • Move materials from testing area to packaging or inventory areas following inspection.
  • Follow established packing procedures, including FIFO and material flow practices.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives within the packaging process.
  • Work effectively in a high-volume, results-driven environment.
  • Demonstrate reliability, punctuality, and strong teamwork in day-to-day operations.
